These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for renting motorcycles, utilizing our services, and engaging with our content across all marketing campaigns, booking forms, and digital platforms. By reserving a motorcycle, signing a rental agreement, or engaging with our materials, you acknowledge and agree to comply fully with the following Terms and Conditions. We strongly recommend reading this agreement in its entirety before proceeding.

Requirements for Motorcycle Rentals:

– Minimum Age: Riders must be at least 25 years to rent all motorcycles.

– Identification: Riders are required to present a valid government-issued ID at the time of rental.

– License and riding Experience: Riders must hold a valid motorcycle driver’s license or an International Driving Permit (IDP) issued in their country of origin.

– Travel to Mexico: It is not allowed. Travel to Baja California North and Baja California South are only allowed, it requires written approval from All American Rally Raid LLC and additional insurance is required for travel to these states.

– Travel to continental Mexico is forbidden.

– Deposit for possible damages to motorcycle: AARR will hold a $2,500 against your credit card, to cover possible damages to motorcycle. As soon the motorcycle is returned, AARR will inspect the motorcycle and value the parts affected. Motorcycle parts will be quote at the nearest dealer. Labor involved: AARR will give a not cost to the renter; up to four hours labor for fixing any damage; if a particular case consumes more than four hours; labor will be invoiced a $70 per hour, If not dealer is involved. If the damage requires dealer work, this cost will be paid by the renter.

Cancellation Policy

– Full Credit for Cancellations Over 30 Days: For cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before the scheduled date, the full amount paid will be issued as a credit.

– These credits must be used within one (1) calendar year from the date of issuance.

– Credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

– Credits and deposits are valid for twelve (12) months and may be transferred to another individual with prior written approval.

– Cancellations under thirty calendar days: For cancellations made under than thirty (30) days before the scheduled date; due to the nature of the business, 50% of the deposit, will be hold as a credit to use by renter on the next 12 months and 50% of the deposit, we consider, is a fair compensation to AARR.

– Payment: The total amount, including applicable insurance and additional services, must be settled prior to the release of the motorcycle.

– Delayed Returns: Motorcycles must be returned at the pre-arranged time. Delays will incur additional fees, and prior notification is required.

– Fees for delayed returns: $25 per hour of the agreed time return, up to four hours; more than four hours; AARR will invoice an additional day rental.

– Fuel Policy: Motorcycles are provided with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition. A refueling fee of $25 dollars applies otherwise. Motorcycle works only with premium gas.

– Transferability: Credits may be transferred to another individual. Such transfers are required to be authorized in advance by All American Rally Raid LLC and are subject to approval.

By confirming your reservation with All American Rally Raid, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Rental Cancellation Policy. For any inquiries or additional support, please contact our customer service team.

– Traveled cancellation Insurance: We suggest getting a TCI as a pace of mind.

– Delayed Returns: Motorcycles must be returned at the pre-arranged time. Delays will incur additional fees, and prior notification is required.

– Fees for delayed returns: $25 per hour of the agreed time return, up to four hours; more than four hours; AARR will invoice an additional day rental.

– Collection Fee: Fee for Delivery to a Location Other than the Agreed One

If the motorcycle is delivered to a location other than the return point previously agreed upon in the rental agreement, an additional fee will be applied to cover the logistical and operational costs associated with transporting the vehicle.

The amount of this fee will depend on the distance and location of the new return point and will be calculated according to the following conditions in effect at the time of return:

From $200.00 San Diego County

From $400.00 Los Angeles County

$400.00 plus $1.00 extra mile From border San Diego County.

Customers are advised to notify the customer of any change in the delivery location as far in advance as possible to coordinate the pick-up and avoid unforeseen additional charges.

Motorcycle Rental Guidelines:

– Inspection Process: Renters must perform a pre-ride inspection with staff to document any existing issues. A post-rental inspection will identify damages beyond normal wear and tear.

– Maintenance and Care: Renters must handle motorcycles responsibly, secure them when parked, and adhere to traffic regulations and law.

Marketing Initiatives, Promotions, and Data Submission:

– Accuracy of Information: Renters must provide truthful and accurate details when submitting forms or making reservations.

– Consent to Communication: By engaging with promotions, you consent to receive communications from us. You may opt out at any time.

– Social Media: Customer feedback and images may be used for promotional purposes, provided consent is given.

Limitation of Liability:

All American Rally Raid LLC shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the rental period or Issues arising from the renter’s failure to comply with these terms.

Cancellation of Rental Agreement:

The rental agreement may be terminated under the following conditions:

– We strongly suggest the use of motorcycle safety gear such as: helmet, gloves, jacket, pants, boots.
– Breach of terms and conditions.
– Unsafe, unlawful, or reckless conduct.
– Misuse of the motorcycle.
– No recreation drugs are allowed. Zero tolerance policy.

No refunds will be provided in such cases, and renters may be held financially responsible for damages.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

This agreement is governed by the laws of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Damages detected during return under $2,000 must be paid by the renter on site. Theft: deductible USD 5,000. Does not include personal belongings left on the motorcycle.

ADDITIONAL:

Additional to the basic insurance and covers bodily injury $100,000, third-party property damage $50,000. The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by the insurance and towing or repair costs. Damages detected during return under $500 must be paid by the renter on site. Theft: deductible USD 5,000. Does not include personal belongings left on the motorcycle.
